Sercotel Alcala 611 - Madrid

Didn't like anything, except comfy mattresses.

Fantastic and fairly clean place, great and informative staff. Nice customer care. Excellent facilities, parking onsite. Marvellous and decent location to a subway station. Found in a lovely area. Nice restaurant, around where we had a dinner. Great choice for trip.

The Sercotel offers a fantastic outdoor swimming pool with a relax area and solarium. Another highlight is the lush breakfast buffet that gets your day off to a great start, alongside a friendly and helpful staff.

Best staff and comfortable location close to public transport, everything was very good. The hotel room was new-fashioned and airy with a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience, refrig bar plus a good bed. Location: the property was close enough to Alcala de Henares and the free airport. Tried some nice meals at Restaurante Goteron, located very close to the hotel...

Renovated with very good service, e.g. coffee from 5 a.m.

The beds were very comfortable

Very loud already early at 8 o'clock the vacuum cleaner left and right. So nothing for sleepers

Consider requesting a room away from the street for a quieter night, especially if you are a light sleeper.

Nice hotel with friendly and competent staff. Well located for a fair visit in Madrid. Equipment functional, clean and in good condition. All in all a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, the mini bar charges were surprising, and it seemed unreasonable to pay extra when I already had a room available. I was also disappointed that the room showed obvious signs of wear and tear, which affected my overall experience. During checkout, I encountered unexpected charges that led to unnecessary confusion and stress.

Rooms, breakfast and the ladies at the reception were great.

The waitress at the hotel restaurant was very unfriendly.

I stayed one night before my early flight, and I really appreciated the free shuttle to the airport, which made getting there a breeze. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options to kick off the day, and I enjoyed the clean and tidy room. It was a pleasant surprise to find a restaurant just across the street that had great reviews from the staff.

The location was marvellous and decent and the staff members were welcoming! Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a safe box, television and a mini-fridge-bar in the room. Brilliant check in and late check out.

Given we had a car, the ease of parking was great (tho' we had to pay) coupled with nearby access to metro station as we didn't want to drive into the centre of the city. Both the bed side reading lights worked - a rarity in Spain!!!!!
